At DECIBEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home audio and decor purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
